Mcdonalds targeting children

McDonald's has taken the tactic of targeting children as consumers in my opinion, shows just how corporate a tycoon like McDonald's can be. For one, Obesity has been a growing issue in America, and for McDonald's to basically encourage the problem is beyond me. I don't think it is right to advertise a fast food industry at an elementry school, while most of the curriculum about nutrition is based on eating healthy, and even more emphasized since Michelle Obama introduced the Nutrition Plate to replace the Food Pyramid, and even before, the importance of nutrition was still adressed in not only elementry schools, but middle schools, high schools, and even colleges.
